What It Is

The Northern Spay Neuter Program operations team and Board of Directors is made up of a group of high energy Northwestern Ontario women who have a commitment to the health and welfare of all animals...but in particular...northern dogs. However we are not veterinarians...nor are we veterinary technicians and so it would be impossible for us to do this work without the commitment and dedication of a vast number of veterinary professionals from around the Province.

So far, our veterinary teams have included members from Barrie, Guelph, Kingston, Walkerton,  Sudbury, Fort Frances and Thunder Bay.  We are eager to continue to network with other groups such as ours including North of 50 Veterinary Remote Mobile, Finding Them Homes,  Friends of Animush, Grey Bruce Aboriginal Qimmiq Team, Beat the Heat Kenora, OSPCA.  Together we can make a difference in the lives of these northern animals and the communities they live in.
